Championship, and or a USDF Medal, and or really achieving a goal  that you know they have worked so very hard for and perhaps
waited a long time for it to develop into itself.  Seeing the joy in their face or a happy horse makes all the hard work so worthwhile no
matter how big or small the goal may have been.  It feels good to be able to have the opportunity to be so impactful in a positive way
in the development of a horse, rider and their partnership.  It is a very big responsibility and I take it to heart and very seriously.

My personal goals include a few young horses that we have bred. I am enjoying training and developing them with the plan of bringing
them up the levels and eventually into my next FEI prospects. If  I am fortunate enough, I would love one of them to be my next
Grand Prix partner!!
